A fully automatic bagger from Automation Ideas is capable of handling single or dual infeeds, with an output rate of up to 2 bags per minute. The operation sequence consists of bottles feeding into the machine where they are pushed into the accumulation chamber by a side pusher.
Once the desired count is accumulated, the group of bottles are pushed into a sanitary storage bag and sealed. Filled bags are then picked up by an integrated stacking arm and placed in a designated stacking area. Once the stacking area reaches the desired height of bags, a beacon illuminates and the operator easily transports the stack of bagged bottles to the facility’s desired storage area.
